What is Cuddle Therapy?
Touch is a powerful tool to release negative emotions that are held within the body. My goal for each session is to help you walk away feeling a little bit lighter than when you came in. Cuddle therapy is a great way to give and receive touch and affection within a safe platonic container. Cuddling boosts oxytocin and reduces symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety.
